Since Britney Spears moved past her crazy phase where she shaved her head and stopped wearing panties quite a while ago, we figured the big nudity moments were pretty much over for her.  Of course when it comes to nipple slips, they can happen anywhere and any time whether a celebrity wants to give us a boob show or not.
